So I've never denied the fact that I have a very Groeningesque style about my comic, in fact I greatly embrace it. The Simpsons have been a great influence on me, as well as many other people in my genre and its no surprise Matt Groening has had the impact he has had.
So Reese, myself and a bunch of us ran off to see the Simpsons Movie and I must say I was impressed. I know... obviously I like the Simpsons, obviously I like the movie. It was funny pretty much all the way around and nice to see some really high quality Simpsons animation.

I haven't watched the Simpsons regularly in years due to the fact that I've reduced my TV time dramatically and really don't put much effort into catching particular shows (Heroes is an exception).
So the Simpsons movie was quite the fun endevour as I haven't been exposed to their brand of humor in a while. I don't feel that my missing years of the show has had any impact on my enjoyment of the movie and if you're one of those people like me who like the Simpsons but haven't kept up with them, go see the movie for a nice refreshing burst of humor.
