I spent the last weekend putting up Christmas lights. I like Christmas lights, always have, and when the torch was passed to me to put them up I took it seriously. I spend about a full day putting them up and the block is aglow when I am done. I've spent the past couple of years building up an adequate supply to do the job. I'm far to lazy to even imagine putting up (and then taking down) Christmas lights. I might somehow end up being in the mood to do it, but we'll have to wait to see what happens.
