So when Fallout 3 first came out I downloaded it via Steam (which I am finding a greater appreciation for the more I use it) and it sat there for a few days. I looked at it funny every now and then as I fired up Zombie Panic until yesterday, when I clicked on that little smiling face to meet my doom.
I started playing and I must say that the tutorial is one of the most interesting ideas I've played through to date. I don't know if I should actually tell anything about it so as not to ruin anything for future players, so I think I will error on the side of caution on this and refrain.
The first hour or so into it I was still getting into the game mechanics. For lordy sake I didn't even know how to use the V.A.T.S. targeting. The game changed dramatically once I figured that out...
I found that as I was playing it I would get to the point that I would step away from the game thinking "maybe I'll play a bit of (insert game) instead.' Then as soon as I turned my back on the game it came at me, eating away at the back of my brain, until I had spent nearly the entire day and night playing it. Needless to say... I like the game.

I have yet to pickup Fallout 3 as I don't have much time to play it with the other games that are on my plate.
For one, I've been playing On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode Two and it is a very entertaining game, just like Episode One.
I've been spending part of my time playing WoW with my girlfriend. She has really become quite the accomplished MMO player. I'm so proud.
Then there is the remaining time that I dedicate to trying to level my Shaman in Warhammer Online. This is taking forever mostly due to the fact there are so many things to discover in the game (that are added to your Tome of Knowledge) that I waste tons of time running around trying to find some more stuff.
Speaking of Warhammer Online, I had a ton of fun last night trying to take a keep back from the forces of Order. Tons of fighting, healing, siege weapons and craziness. Fun stuff.
