School starts this week and I will be busy. Not sure what to expect, but I expect it to be particularly rough.
This last week of break actually felt like a typical break, especially since I started playing WoW again. Grouping with a good friend Wyatt, on Scarlet Crusade now, and you shall hear some of our exploits I'm sure. Along with that, my messed up sleeping schedule, and my lack of doing anything productive, I seamed to make up for the beginning of my break quite adequately.

I have no idea what to say. I try to think of something fun or at least vaguely interesting and I fail miserably. I don't do anything but read about the latest and greatest tech stuff that is going on and then tell my friends so they may save themselves the time it takes to read a webpage. I could do that to my readers here, but I think you like reading webpages, since you are reading this instead of just checking the comic and moving on.
So with that in mind, I think I'll share some of the sites I check on just about a daily basis to keep up with some of this news. Here is the basic list: Slashdot, Wired, Ars Technica and 1up. I spend some time checking out all of these sites to keep informed on the latest things going on. If they seem to be having a slow news day, then I just google random stuff that I think of and see what I find.
Come to think of it, I think I have a problem when it comes to knowing things. I feel like I need to know more about what is going on with technology and how it works. Not to the point where I can call myself an expert on anything and actually make money doing something with that knowledge, but to the point where I can talk about it for hours to a bunch of people who usually don't care. I think from now on, that bunch of people shall be not only those I call friends, but you random readers as well. I pity all of you...

Wow, a year into it and Reese finally posts the post he should have posted on day one. Way to catch up to the program dude!
Reese reads everything, and he's not afraid to tell every single one of his friends (me) about it, it's about time he told you a thing or two. What he doesn't realize is that most people are like me, and wait to be told information, instead of actively seeking it out. That's why most Americans get their news from The Daily Show.
